  Avoid Hard or Sticky Foods

  Applying sudden strong force to the laminate area may cause the attached artificial tooth to break. During the adaptation period of approximately 6 months to 1 year after the procedure, avoid chewing on hard objects or biting nails. It's advisable to steer clear of sticky foods like caramel or taffy.

  Limit Alcohol Consumption and Mouthwash Use

  Due to the adhesion of artificial teeth using adhesive, it's better to be cautious with alcohol consumption temporarily to ensure proper adhesion of the laminate. Mouthwashes containing fluoride can damage the surface of artificial teeth, so it's recommended to avoid them immediately after the procedure.

  Avoid Staining Foods and Smoking

  Frequent smoking or consumption of items like coffee or curry can cause discoloration on artificial teeth. It's advised to minimize intake or, if necessary, brush immediately after consuming such items to prevent staining.

  Be Cautious with Sudden Temperature Changes

  After undergoing partial tooth modification, extreme hot or cold foods may cause sensitivity in the teeth. Caution is advised to avoid such situations.
